LISTEN TO YOUR BODY 

Emotional healing through
YIN YOGA and SOMATIC Movements

As a therapeutic movement teacher, I see how our body is vulnerable to feelings. Our body can carry lots of stagnant emotions, limiting our flexibility, mobility, and physical expressions, the least.

When you move you allow to 

trust yourself

mental stability,

shaking fears out,

how to say no to any negative affirmations or environment,

no more anxiety

no more insomnia, 

great physical health and 

HAPPINESS!!!.....

THIS IS MY STORY, but later on, I heard of many others similar to mine.

In 2014 I got extremely physically sick and my mind would not stop worrying.

 I wasn't able to get out of the vicious circle I created on my own. I was already a mom of 3 and an expat, traveling every 3 years in a new country. I reached the bottom rock.

I felt I was not heard, I was always busy with the needs of the kids and others and on top of it all, my husband was in another country for work.

I AM SURE THIS RESONATES WITH SOME OF YOU ALREADY. 

Long story short. I decided to fight for my life and honor my kids and purpose here in this lifetime, but most of all I wanted to taste the sweetness of life as much as I deserved it.

1 WAY TO BOUNCE BACK

I signed up for all classes involving body movements even though I was very weak, very!!!

The feeling of sharing the energy with like-minded people already helped so much, and I knew that "being fit" wasn't a requirement at all.

 

Actually, I was there to get fit! (which I mentioned in my sessions today) I would choose the teacher that most soothed me at that particular time, the classes I could take at my own pace and intensity. Slowly, but surely  I STARTED FLOWING AND FLOURISHING.

I started taking care of my body and taking "ME TIME" to do so, despite how busy I was.  

 

I learned about QUALITY TIME AND MINDFULNESS, which I teach today during my session through bodywork. 

As we finally and consciously take the first step to honor our body, in a studio or at home, we experience the pleasure of self-caring and the strength it gives us.

10 years later here I am, grateful and thankful for the whole experience that led me to be a passionate light worker.

The practice of YIN and Somatic Movements is one of the ways the body heals not only physically but emotionally and mentally.

THE UNIQUENESS of my SESSIONS

Soulful Yin Yoga takes its TEMPO through the poses.

I address the session as “Wu Wei”, the Daoist’s way to approach life in an effortless way. As things will naturally resolve themselves, by the Daoist view, so will your body surrender effortlessly to the stretch and experience a sense of release and relief in mind and body.

 

I will mention the Chinese Meridians that resonate with our emotions to make the experience an intense connection to yourself in a very relaxed and self-paced way.

Through the practice of Soulful Yin Yoga and SOMATIC MOVEMENTS we can break through our emotional obstacles and reconnect with our body in a loving way.

The sessions are for all ages, fitness levels, and beginners.

Practice is for the WILLING not only for the FIT.
